What are the methods of delivery?
We ship orders via Geis. You can also pickup your order personally in our store at the Forbidden Spot.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Delivery time by country:
Czech republic 2-3 days
Slovakia 3-4 days
Rest of EU 3-7 days
Worldwide shipping time varies by delivery country.
I can’t pickup my order in time at the Forbidden Spot. What should I do?
No worries. Send us an email to rumpel@lip-web.dev.cassoviacode.com with your order number and the number of days that we should hold your order. However, if you still don’t pickup your order after the extended period, we will readd the products from your order to the e-shop.
How long after an order is placed do you ship it?
We ship the order ASAP. Very often the same day it is placed or the next business day.
I don’t have time during the opening hours of the Forbidden Spot to pickup my order. Is there another option?
Email us with your order number at rumpel@lip-web.dev.cassoviacode.com and we will find a solution together.
Products & Orders
How do you release collections?
How we feel like. Bigger collections are released before summer and Christmas. Also there are various drops. You can find out more about our drops from our Instagram and our newsletter to which you can subscribe here.
Product is sold out but I want it. Is there a chance to buy it?
Very slim. Perhaps somebody does not pickup the product and it will be readded back to the e-shop. Do not expect a restock of our stuff though.
Can I order your stuff on your e-shop and try it out during the personal pickup?
Sure. If we have a different size in stock we can make a change for you.
Do you have a store?
Of course, visit us! You can find our store at the Forbidden Spot. We are open every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:03pm to 7:07pm. The address is:

Is the stuff from your e-shop in stock at your store at the Forbidden Spot?
Yeah. You can come try it out.
I would like to order custom handpainted clothes.
We can’t help you with that, sorry.
Payments
What are your methods of payment?
We accept payments via Paypal – either credit card or Paypal account.
Is payment via Paypal safe?
Paypal is an online worldwide payments system. You don’t have to worry. The service has more than 200 million active accounts worldwide. Your payment information is encrypted so nobody has access to it (neither we do).
Can I pay via cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available only if your order is delivered to Czech republic or Slovakia.
Can I pay by card if I pickup my order personally at the Forbidden Spot?
At the moment no but we are working on it.
Returns & Reclamations
Can I return or exchange my stuff after ordering?
Yeah, you can. If the product doesn’t fit, pack it unworn in the same box and send it to the following address:

Don’t forget to attach info regarding the reason of return (product doesn’t fit, I look like an idiot etc.). And if you want to exchange it for another piece (it has to be in stock in your requested size) or you want a refund. In case of exchange don’t forget to write us your name, address, phone and the new product you want to exchange it for.
Can I bring the stuff I want to return or exchange personally to the Forbidden Spot store?
No problem. You can come during our opening hours every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:03pm to 7:07pm.
